Smoothie recipe (Day 12) by Shae from Savage Yoga:

My philosophy on food is that you should eat what makes you feel alive inside and out. Eating quality food feeds you on a cellular and spiritual level. Celebrate food and start to notice how your attachments to it release.

Berry Breeze Morning Smoothie

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp of bee pollen
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • dollop of almond butter
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or water and blend

How to make:

Combine all ingredients into a blender and buzz until smooth!
