Summer is a funny time in my business. I feel like I spend a great deal of time with clients getting them ready for an exciting summer of travel, fun and socializing. I set them up for success. I prepare them with an action plan and guidelines for them to follow so they can continue to feel the benefits of eating healthy food and taking the right supplements to fill in the gaps. But by the end of the summer I hear a lot of “I fell off the health wagon”…
