Instructions
  1. First make your yellow layer by combining all ingredients in your blender and blending until smooth. Pour your mixture into Popsicle molds and stick them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Make your second layer by combining greens+ vegan O superfood with coconut milk and banana. Pour on top of the yellow layer and stick your Popsicle sticks in.
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours - depending on the size of your molds. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. To make the chia layer, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla in a glass container with a lid and shake it up until well blended. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
Top Layer:
  1. Combine water, raspberries, beet powder, banana, and protein powder into a blender, Buzz until smooth.
  2. To assemble, divide chia pudding into two 8-10oz mason jars. Place kiwi slices in the middle, then pour smoothie on top. Garnish with raspberries and shredded coconut. Enjoy with someone you love or save the second one for the next day!
Recipe Notes

If you're really strapped for time, you can combine all the ingredients into a blender, buzz until smooth, and put it into jars overnight. Now you have 2 smoothie bowls on the go!

  1. If you have soaked your nuts, great! Rinse the nuts and add them to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into bowl. You can top with chopped nuts, chia seeds and fresh fruit if you'd like!
Recipe Notes

If you haven't soaked the nuts, no problem. You can allow them to sit in the blender with water for 5 minutes to make them softer. Soaking nuts helps to make them easier to digest and allows for better absorption of nutrients.
