About holistic nutrition
As holistic nutritionists, we take into consideration the whole body, mind, and spirit to help you achieve optimal health. Teaching our clients how to take control of their own health with balanced meal planning, medicinal foods, natural supplements, and lifestyle choices are essential tools for long term health.
Does insurance cover your nutrition services?
Select insurance companies cover Holistic Nutritional Consultations by Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioners (RNCPs), Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioners (ROHPs) or Natural Nutritional Clinical Practitioners (NNCPs).

Please verify with your insurance provider to confirm specific coverage. If you do not have coverage, you may communicate your request for this service to your employer. A letter from Annaliisa’s Organic Kitchen will be provided to you for your HR department upon request. Often, adding the service of a Registered Nutritionist to an existing policy is accepted.
Many insurance companies will cover the cost of nutritional consultations when your receipt is accompanied by a doctor’s referral.
What can I expect from our initial meeting?
We will briefly discuss the results you are looking for, and my basic approach to addressing it. We go through your health history and current concerns. You will receive individualized recommendations for therapeutic foods, herbs and supplements as well as practical lifestyle strategies. I highly recommend booking your free 15 minute consultation first to establish your goals and expectations from working with me. (Book your free session here)
Can you recommend supplements?
Yes. Registered Nutritionists have access to professional high quality supplements. Individual health history intake and current health status assessment will determine supplement needs as part of a protocol.
