Here is her creation for day 13 of the smoothie challenge:

This smoothie is your afternoon power snack that is inspired by the Java Chip Frappuccino. It’s best served cold, so add 4-5 ice cubes if you want it extra chilly.

Cacao~Chip Smoothie

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2-4 squares cup dark chocolate (less than 1/4 cup)

Add all ingredients except dark chocolate. Blend until smooth. Add chocolate and pulse just enough to break into small chunks.

Enjoy!!
