  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook onions and mushrooms for 6-7 min, then add garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add kale with ¼ cup of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2-3 min. Mix in the Balance Mushroom blend.
  3. Cook noodles according to directions & heat up your broth.
  4. Just before serving, stir the miso paste into the broth in your serving bowl. Divide the noodles, edamame & vegetable mix into bowls. Garnish with the green onions, chili peppers, sesame seeds, and lime. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Optional substitution: use kelp noodles instead of ramen noodles for a grain free option. Kelp noodles can be found at the health food store and do not need to be cooked. Simply rinse and add in with kale to warm them up.
