It’s become a regular at the office with Leah and I. Friday rolls around, we’re feeling the weekend vibes, but there is always so much to do! We’re feeling a little tired from the week, and then we bring out the ‘GO-GO juice’.

 

What’s GO-GO juice you ask? Well, it’s a little secret way of getting that extra burst of energy, without coffee.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my cup of joe in the morning, but having more than a cup can be taxing to the adrenal system, blood sugar levels, and your digestive system.

You see, coffee is a diuretic, which means that it will not only dehydrate you, but it can deplete your system by flushing out vitamins and minerals.

It also stimulates the digestive system to move too quickly, which means it can cause premature dumping and interfere with nutrient absorption. Hello energy depletion, anxiety and burnout!

I use this little secret to help my clients wean off coffee if their adrenal system is under too much stress, they suffer from anxiety, or if they need a replacement while doing a detox.
