Our customized 14 day meal plans and extra recipes are specialized for individuals with health concerns like high blood pressure, diabetes, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalances and digestive issues,and  other health concerns.

All recipes are easy to prepare and include food items that are readily available in your local grocery store.

  • 30 minute Health Consult with Annaliisa to understand your individual needs, serving sizes, and other family members.
  • 14 Day Customized Meal Plan with recipes, shopping list, and notes on substitutions
  • 30 extra recipes customized with your specific needs, including snacks, desserts, and meal ideas.

To get started:

  1. Purchase the package
  2. Book your 30 minute consultation (in person in White Rock or via Skype)
  3. Receive your customized package via e-mail within 7 days.

Please note: The 30 minute consultation is for discussing your personal preferences and dietary requirements recommended by a doctor or other healthcare practitioner. It does not include a health history intake, health plan or health coaching. The meal plan you provided me was fabulous. You incorporated only food that I like and provided delicious recipes that my family loved as well as myself. For me, you selected recipes that were quick to prepare and considered everything I had mentioned to help me get over the hurdles of meal planning. I loved the meal plan that you have made for me.  It was very helpful.  The best thing for me was not having to think about what to eat for lunch and dinner.  I just followed the shopping list and then had my meals planned out for the week.  For me this time saving technique was wonderful for our busy family.  All the recipes were very tasty.  I now have a new “cookbook”, as I put all the recipes in a binder along with your helpful one-pager tips.  One of my favourite resources is the one-page smoothie chart, where you mix and match ingredients and can have a different smoothie everyday.  I use this daily, smoothies for breakfast everyday now.
