Join us for a fun and educational experience where you’ll learn how to become more resilient to stress and raise your energy levels. We will cover ways to tonify the digestive system, liver, and skin, to re-energize your body and mind. The workshop will give you insight to what’s really at the root of your energy slumps, belly bloat, and hormonal imbalance and introduce you to strategies to overcome fatigue and afternoon crashes with delicious spring tonics and soups!

Covered in the workshop:

  • Functional drinks for women looking to increase energy without caffeine
  • Herbal tonics for spring to support the liver and hormonal health
  • Design your very own herbal blend to help with conditions like constipation, acne, water retention, or hot flashes
  • How to make a spring detox green juice with the most powerful spring superfoods
  • Blended soups for a quick and rejuvenating meal

* All supplies included for live class. For the virtual option – your guide, recipes, and shopping lists will be e-mailed to you prior to class so you can follow along!

Is this a child friendly class? 

We will be discussing health issues such as hormones, digestion, and skin and making various herbal based tonics. Anyone over the age of 16 is welcome to attend.

I’m a vegan/vegetarian, can I attend this workshop?

Yes, all ingredients used in the class are plant based, soy and gluten free.

Is lunch included? 

No, we will be demonstrating how to make various drinks and soup and samples are included.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Street parking is available.
