Garlic Lemon Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Sesame Seeds
Perfect side dish for any meal, especially some roasted fish!

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. 
  2. Bring some water to a boil in a medium pan and steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Drain water.
  3. In a bowl toss sprouts with garlic, oil, tamari, and lemon juice.  Spread on a baking tray.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes.  Toss.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Take brussels sprouts out of the oven and place into a bowl. Toss with lemon zest and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Storage tip: Purchasing brussels sprouts which are still on the stalk will last longer than those that are loose. Keep them staying fresh in a plastic bag stored in the refrigerator’s crisper drawer.
