Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and melt coconut oil.
  2. Drain dates, remove pits and mash with fork.
  3. Mix dry add wet ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Scoop a Tbsp of batter into mini muffin tins, top with 1 dash of maple syrup and bake for 15-20 min.
Recipe Notes

Keep in air tight container at room temperature for 3 days or in the fridge for 1 week. Makes 24 bites.
