- Family friendly and easy to prepare (30 min dinners for most days)
- Vegetarian substitution options
- 5 days per week (breakfast, lunch, snack for single serving, dinner is optional 2 or 4 servings)
- Sent out every Saturday morning so you have time to prepare for the week ahead!
